How do
I become a member?
Visit our “Become
a Member” section. Simply complete the “Online
Application”, and we will reply by phone to finalize the signup process.
Everything you need to know about becoming a member is located in the “Become

How do
potential home buyers and sellers find me and my profile?
Profiles are listed on our popular
portal website at www.peakagents.com under the applicable State. This
gives an immediate boost in exposure from day one of becoming a new member.
Profiles are also given an area specific
“sub-domain” name (ie. www.yourarea.peakagents.com). This allows us to search
engine optimize your profile for independent, online exposure on Google,
Yahoo!, and other popular search engines. Profile stats capture audited
traffic on a dailt basis, allowing members to monitor their results.

How will
I know if a lead or referral comes from Peak Agents?
Profiles contain any method of contact
a member chooses to provide. These methods of contact include office phone,
cellular, email, website address, etc. Home buyers and sellers have direct
and immediate access this information, and will make contact in a manner
best suited for their situation. Please note, all forms of contact are
a direct result of our The Peak Agents Network, but do not come tagged
as “Lead from Peak Agents”. It is recommended that members monitor their
Profile Statistics for accurate, current details.

Am I locked
into any Term Agreements or Contracts?
No, we do not have any term agreements
or contracts. Memberships with The Peak Agents Network are month-to-month.

Can I cancel
at any time?
Yes, members can cancel at any time.
All requests to cancel a membership become effective at the end of the
calendar month the request was officially received. (See also Member
Policy)

What if
my profile information changes?
All updates are free. Simply contact
us with the updates you require, and we’ll take care of them for you
without delay. Common updates include new photos, logos, change-of-office,
new phone number, and bio updates.

Can I change
or add a new area?
Members often take an additional
territory, or switch to a different one. This is common, and routine. Profile
Design and Optimization fees apply when a new profile is created. Discounts
may be available for members who cover multiple areas (more than one profile
and area). Contact us for details.

Can I link
back to The Peak Agents Network from my existing website?
Yes, and it is highly recommended.
Our “Link to Us” section has a variety of
graphical links to choose from that you can add to one or more pages within
your website. Adding a link back to us increases “Link Popularity”, which
gives everyone a boost on search engines. That benefits your profile, other
members, and the Network as a whole. If you require assistance adding a
link to your site, contact us and we’ll help
you.

Why haven’t
I heard of The Peak Agents Network?
Even though we’ve been one of America’s
premier online real estate resources for many years, our strategy is to
remain in the background. We put agents first, and choose to promote them,
first and foremost. When you visit any Peak Agents profiles, you won’t
see our name plastered all over the place. As to avoid any confusion for
home buyers and sellers, we want to get our members exposure and help generate
leads, referrals and sales for them.

What if
the area I want has been taken?
Areas are “exclusive”, and we only
allow one-agent-per-area. If an area has been taken, we can place you on
our “VIP Waiting List”, which gives you the
first right of refusal, if and when the area become available.

What if
I already have a website?
95% or more of our members have
existing websites. If you have a website, you obviously want more visitors.
Your “Peak Agents Profile” links directly back to your website, which will
help drive an increased amount of visitors there. Not only that, but your
“Link Popularity” with search engines (such as Google) will also increase.
The more forms of online marketing you involve yourself in, the better.
Choose the services that are right for you, but never restrict yourself
to one thing.

What If
I don’t have an existing website?
Although the vast majority of real
estate professionals have some form of website these days, many new and
experienced agents haven’t taken that important step yet. A website is
not required because your profile is more than adequate to serve its purpose.
Your profile contains everything you need to enjoy increased exposure,
leads, contacts, referrals, and sales. That said, if you’re looking to

I already
subscribe to another lead generating service?
You know the saying, “don’t put
