Policy

You must be an ethical, licensed or
practicing Real Estate Professional in the USA to be eligible for membership.

Memberships are available geographically,
on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Areas are exclusive, as we
only allow one agent per area.

When completing the Online
Application, please proof-read your content for accuracy. We use your
submission when building your profile, and are not responsible for typos
or errors submitted.

Information changes over time (ie. photos,
contact details, logos, etc.). It is the responsibility of members to inform
us by email of desired updates. Profile updates are provided free-of-charge.

All Members must agree to the Pre-Authorized
Payment Agreement, as all membership fees are automatically debited
from a Credit Card on a monthly basis.

As in all forms of marketing, results
vary, and are not guaranteed. No refunds under any circumstances.

You are under no term contract and may
cancel at any time. Cancellations must be submitted via email, and you
must receive a confirmation email from us to ensure that the process was
completed. All cancellation requests must be emailed no later than 5 business days prior
to the end of a calendar month to avoid being charged for the following
month.
